Hardgoods:
Hardgoods are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2 - 5 business days, based on the buyer’s location.
Plants:
All live plants are shipped in an insulated box with a heat pack or ice pack when needed. They go out via USPS Priority mail, arriving in 2-3 days. In other conditions, when temperature is too extreme or very delicate plants are being shipped, we ship USPS Express.
Animals:
All of our live animals have a 2 week health and satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a dead animal upon arrival, without removing the tape on the deli cup lid, please send us a photo as soon as possible. We will issue a refund, credit, or replacement of similar value as soon as we are able. If you encounter health problems which are determined to be pre-existing and not due to poor husbandry in the buyer's care, you may return the animal for a full refund or exchange, except the cost of shipping. All of our animals are also guaranteed to be as we present them, sex, color, weight, and age. In trades, we do not ship first. We ship with a cold pack or heat pack depending on weather in a FedEx-Certified insulated box.
